Assessment Methods
The following types of direct assessment methods are used as evaluation tools for each module:
- Assignments (60%)
- Mid-term Exam (20%)
- Final Exam (20%)
Assignments may consist of Multiple choice, True/False, Short answer questions and written assignment such as essays,
Case Studies, Critical Reviews and Research Papers.
Admission Requirements
Specialist Diploma
- Minimum 16 years old
- Completed ‘N’ Level / ’O’ Level or equivalent
Advanced Diploma
- Minimum 16 years old
- Completed ‘A’ Level / ITE / Diploma or equivalent
Commencement Dates
The intake for Year 2010 are as follows:
18 June, 05 July, 20 July, 01 September, 05 October
Application Procedures
The following forms are required to be signed by the student:
o ASAS Application Form
o PEI Student Contract. A copy of the student contract is available upon request and also on the CPE website
(www.cpe.gov.sg)
o Student Advisory Form
Student will be required to submit the following:
>> Copy of Student NRIC or Passport. For foreign students residing or working in Singapore, a copy of Work Permit or Dependent’s Pass.
>> 2 Copies of all past academic transcripts. Student will need to show original copy for verification.
