With the implementation of the Private Education Act in December 2009, and the setting up of the Council for Private Education (CPE) to regulate the private education sector in Singapore, we are required to comply with the regulations under the new Act.

Academic Board
The Academic Board is the principal academic authority within the institution. It is vested with the responsibility to maintain the highest standards in teaching, facilitation and student engagement.

Examination Board
The Examination Board is responsible to ensure a high level of academic standard is maintained. It has to ensure that assessment processes are adhered to, and will advise on exam policy, system and procedures, assessment practice and standards, security and integrity.
